Sunflower Patisserie only holds information that is necessary to complete your cake order. All customer information will be kept on file until the order is complete. Once an order is complete all personal information will be deleted.

Sunflower Patisserie does not have a mailing list and will not use customer information for anything other than completing the customer's order.

Under no circumstances, will Sunflower Patisserie give out any customer information to third parties other than via Google Analytics cookies on the website (see section below). Each customer has the right, at any time to ask about their data and how it is being used. All customer information held by Sunflower Patisserie is stored securely and only used for the purposes of completing your orders. All other paperwork, which does NOT hold personal information is held for the required 7 years following HMRC guidelines and is then shredded and disposed of.
